We are all called to serve.<\/h2>\n

That\u2019s the value that has guided Dominic\u2019s decades-long career. As a leader in the world of real estate, an adjunct faculty member at his alma mater (Santa Clara University), two-term member of the Fremont City Council, and a committed Christian, he has dedicated his life to using his God-given talent and resources to serve others. He does so because he believes that only by sacrificing all that we have to God can we realize the abundant life that was promised (John 10:10).<\/p>\n

Now, he seeks to expand upon the message with his latest book Closing Costs: Reimagining Church Real Estate for Missional Good<\/em>. Dominic challenges church and faith-based leaders to reevaluate their property in light of God\u2019s call to use all of our resources for kingdom good. When we resist the urge to hoard resources and instead humbly invest everything we have to serve others, we make God\u2019s love a reality. In doing so, our communities and congregations can be revitalized through humble, selfless service. This is the call of the cross, the call to come and die, in the 21st century.<\/p>\n
